ExitPass Partners — Program Terms
The rules of the ExitPass affiliate program.
1. Program overview
The ExitPass Partners program allows creators, influencers, travel bloggers, agencies, and partners to earn commissions by referring customers to ExitPass. ExitPass provides temporary flight itinerary proofs for visa, border control, and long-term travel requirements.
2. Enrollment
To join the program, you must submit an application. ExitPass reviews all applications and reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion. Your account must be active before you can earn commissions.
3. Attribution model
Commissions are attributed to the last valid affiliate touch before conversion (last-touch model). The first touch is recorded for analytics but does not earn the commission. The attribution window is configurable per level and defaults to 30 days.
4. Commission calculation
Commissions are calculated server-side based on the eligible net amount (gross amount minus non-commissionable discounts and refunds). Commission rates are defined by your assigned level and are snapshotted at conversion time — future rate changes do not affect existing commissions.
5. Validation period
Commissions start in "pending" status and become "available" after a validation delay defined by your level (default: 14 days). This allows time for refunds and chargebacks to be processed.
6. Payouts
You may request a payout once your available balance reaches the minimum payout threshold for your level. All payouts are processed manually by the ExitPass team. You must provide valid payout details in your profile before requesting a payout.
7. Refunds and reversals
If a referred order is fully refunded, the commission is reversed. If partially refunded, the commission is adjusted proportionally. Already-paid commissions that are later reversed produce a negative balance adjustment.
8. Prohibited practices
- Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link)
- Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising
- Coupon sites that intercept existing transactions
- Brand bidding on "ExitPass" in search engines
- Any fraudulent or deceptive practice
9. Suspension
ExitPass may suspend any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or suspicious activity. Suspended affiliates do not earn new commissions. Pending commissions may be forfeited in cases of fraud.
10. Data and privacy
Affiliates do not have access to customer personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, PNR, itinerary). Conversions are anonymized. Affiliate links use a first-party cookie containing only an opaque token — no personal data is stored in the cookie.
11. Modifications
ExitPass reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, and program rules at any time. Changes to commission rates apply only to future conversions.
